We are seeking a Head of R&D to lead all research and development functions across our API and FDF sites in Malta. Reporting to the Head of Malta Operations and the Chief Scientific Officer, you will manage process transfers, product development, and team leadership while collaborating with global R&D teams. This strategic role requires strong project management, scientific expertise, and leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence within the organisation.

The Maintenance Technician ensures the reliable operation of pharmaceutical equipment through preventive maintenance, calibrations, and prompt corrective actions.

Operating under GMP and FDA standards, the role is essential in minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.

This hands-on position demands technical expertise, shift flexibility, and a commitment to safety and compliance in a regulated environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the chosen candidate will manage artwork processes across the employer’s group, coordinating with clients, CMOs, suppliers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving artworks, supporting GMP compliance, updating production documentation, and assisting in serialization onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in GMP environments with strong communication and organizational skills.

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling advanced medical equipment to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics across Malta and Gozo.    

The role involves product demonstrations, user training, and maintaining strong relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.
