Our Story
All Life Sciences started in 2022 with one desk and one goal: to bring expert recruitment to Malta’s pharmaceutical sector. Since then, we’ve grown into a national platform offering specialist recruitment, advisory, and training services for pharma, healthcare, and wellness companies.
We launched MyCare Malta in 2024 to bring structure and trust to the carer industry, and today, our CRM-powered platform supports clients locally and internationally with smart, compliant, and people-first solutions.
Our Founder
All Life Sciences is the vision of Dr. Amy Tanti, a pharmacist by training and a pioneer in regulatory and pharmacovigilance services in Malta and across Europe.
With a Master’s in Public Health Medicine and a Doctorate in Pharmacy, Dr. Tanti has built her career on bridging the gap between scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and practical healthcare delivery. With over 14 years of specialised experience in pharmacovigilance, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, she has been a leading voice in shaping pharmaceutical operations both locally and within the EU.
As an EU/EEA Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV), she has worked closely with major pharmaceutical companies to design and implement robust pharmacovigilance systems. Her appointment as Malta’s representative on the Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment Committee (PRAC) at the European Medicines Agency (EMA) stands as a testament to her national and international impact.
Driven by a commitment to ethical, forward-thinking healthcare solutions, Dr. Tanti founded All Pharma Life Sciences Co. Ltd to bring together like-minded experts and deliver high-impact services across the life sciences industry.

Hilary Paul Agius
Responsible Person / Competent Person
Hilary leads our recruitment division, managing end-to-end talent acquisition while designing tailored hiring strategies. He also provides expert regulatory compliance support, ensuring both clients and internal teams operate within professional standards.
Donald Micallef
Head of Business Development / Marketing
Donald drives the company’s business development strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, and IT operations. His focus is on growth, innovation, and building the systems that keep All Life Sciences moving forward.
Ivan Vassallo
Head of Academy / Patient EvaluatIon
Ivan is responsible for managing our Academy, developing educational programmes and training initiatives, while also leading patient evaluation services to maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Josef Cachia

Josef is the company’s Qualified Person (QP), providing expert consultancy and overseeing batch release services. He supports clients in maintaining EU pharmaceutical standards across all regulatory and quality processes.

Kurt leads our Quality Assurance and compliance services, working closely with advisory clients to implement robust systems, ensure regulatory alignment, and maintain the highest operational standards across their pharmaceutical activities.

Deputy QPPV, QA
Gloria supports our pharmacovigilance clients by providing deputy QPPV services, assisting with safety system oversight, regulatory compliance, and ongoing support to ensure continuous adherence to EU pharmacovigilance requirements.

QA Manager
Pam leads Quality Assurance across the Advisory and Academy divisions, ensuring that all client projects, internal systems, and training programmes meet regulatory standards and reflect industry best practices.

Rachel is a lead lecturer and course developer within the All Life Sciences Academy, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational content that meets industry standards and supports professional development in the life sciences sector.

Abel manages key administrative functions and provides hands-on support throughout the recruitment process, coordinating between departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient candidate management across the organisation.
