From One Desk to a National Platform: The All Life Sciences Story (So Far)

What can you build with one office, one vision, and one person?

For us, it all began on 2 February 2022, in a small office in Birkirkara, with a laptop, a phone, and a very clear mission:

The pharmaceutical industry in Malta deserved a recruitment partner who actually understood it.

No one else was doing it. So we did.

And in doing so, we set off a chain of events that would lead to something far greater — something that continues to unfold today.

2022: The Launch of Malta’s First Pharma Recruitment Firm

From the beginning, All Life Sciences took a different approach.

We weren’t trying to be everything to everyone — we wanted to be the first and only recruitment firm in Malta focused exclusively on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

The market responded quickly.

We began working with pharma companies across Malta and the EU, connecting them with skilled professionals ready to relocate or move forward in their careers. International companies expanding into the region turned to us for compliant, qualified staffing solutions.

That same year, we secured our Recruitment Licence — formalising what we had already proven: All Life Sciences had real value to offer the industry.

2023: Clients Asked for More — So We Built It

By the following year, we started hearing the same thing from our clients.

They didn’t just need people — they needed guidance.

They needed help navigating regulations, setting up pharmacovigilance systems, preparing for audits, and staying ahead of compliance requirements.

So we listened — and acted.

In 2023, we officially launched our second core division: Advisory Services.

We began offering hands-on support in pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, audit readiness, licensing, and business operations.

We weren’t just placing people anymore — we were helping companies build better systems and stronger operations from the inside out.

It was the next logical step. And it opened the door to everything that came next.

2024: MyCare Malta Is Born

At the start of 2024, a very different kind of need came into focus.

Malta was facing a rising demand for carers — and an industry that was lacking structure, quality assurance, and public trust.

We realised that our experience in regulated recruitment and service delivery could be applied to this space, too.

That’s how MyCare Malta was born.

What started as a home carer recruitment brand quickly became a standout project. We applied the same principles we used in the pharma sector — transparent screening, professional onboarding, and ongoing support — and the results were immediate.

Families, care homes, and professionals began turning to MyCare Malta as a reliable, structured alternative in an otherwise confusing market.

But MyCare Malta was only just getting started.

Behind the Growth: A Quiet Revolution in Technology

With three fast-growing branches of service — recruitment, advisory, and care — we hit a turning point.

We realised that continuing to grow without the right systems in place would stretch our capacity and compromise our standards.

So we made a decision: to rebuild our entire operation around modern infrastructure.

We introduced CRM, automation tools, and AI not just as enhancements, but as essential components of how we now operate.

This shift allowed us to streamline client communication, manage recruitment processes more efficiently, track advisory projects in real time, and prepare for future expansion — particularly in education.

Today, these tools are part of our foundation, helping us deliver faster, smarter, and more connected services across all areas of the business.

2025: A New Platform, Built for the Future

Now, we’re entering a new chapter — and we’re inviting everyone to grow with us.

This month marks the beta launch of the new All Life Sciences platform: a single, smart digital space where recruitment, advisory services, and training come together.

Whether you’re a company looking to post jobs, a healthcare professional exploring career options, or a student seeking career-relevant training, the platform is built to meet you where you are.

You can:

  • Apply for roles or services
  • Submit and track documents
  • Enrol in upcoming courses
  • Access support and updates — all in one place

We’re still in beta, but this launch marks a major leap forward. One that’s been carefully built — and one that’s only just getting started.

A Sincere Thank You

We wouldn’t be here without the people who believed in us.

To our clients: thank you for trusting us when we were just getting started. For giving us your confidence, your challenges, and your continued partnership.

To our team: thank you for turning this from a one-person operation into a company with heart, vision, and real impact.

And to the women in leadership who continue to shape our company from the inside out — thank you for helping us build a business that doesn’t just talk about equality, but lives it. Gender equity, empowerment, and inclusion are part of our DNA, and they always will be.

What’s Coming Next

The next few weeks are packed with new announcements:

We’re about to launch a completely new recruitment model for All Life Sciences — with multiple packages designed to suit every kind of business, from lean startups to established pharmaceutical organisations.

And MyCare Malta? It’s evolving from a carer recruitment brand into a full-scale health and wellness portal — complete with care coordination tools, booking features, support dashboards, and more.

Plus: the All Life Sciences Academy is taking shape behind the scenes, with our first MQF Level 3 course for carers already completed and currently under assessment by the relevant authorities.

There’s a lot more to come. And we’ll be sharing it all soon.

Final Thoughts

From a single desk in Birkirkara...

To three offices, a CRM-powered platform, an expanding advisory team, a care brand, and an education division in the making...

All Life Sciences has grown because we’ve stayed focused on one thing: building services that actually work — for people, for businesses, and for the future.

Thank you for being part of our story.

We can’t wait to show you what’s next.
