Our client, a key player in the specialty generic pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Supply Chain Logistics. This role involves overseeing supply logistics to support tech launches and operations, with a focus on cost efficiency and process improvement.

Manager of Supply Chain Logistics

• Oversee end-to-end execution of sourcing activities, including forecasting, demand planning, ordering, procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable cost and commercial terms.
• Drive cost reductions across all areas of the operation, ensuring year-over-year improvements.
• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) across all supply chain operations.
• Provide feedback and escalate issues to tech teams regarding cost inefficiencies or obstacles to scaling operations.
• Navigate ambiguity and take ownership of processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Lead large cross-functional teams in business operations, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain strategies.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing site or distribution center.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possessing strong business acumen.
• Experience in project/program management, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in designing and implementing supply planning and supplier management processes using ERP systems like SAP or similar platforms.
