Supported by renowned investors, the company is expanding its operations and is currently seeking a dynamic Manager of Supply Chain Logistics to join their team.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Supply Chain Logistics to oversee and lead all aspects of supply logistics, including forecasting, transportation, warehousing, and procurement. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of the supply chain to support uninterrupted tech launches and operations at our client’s site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, and will be adept at driving cost efficiency, improving processes, and managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Execution:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of sourcing activities, including forecasting, demand planning, ordering, procurement, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable cost and commercial terms.
  • Drive cost reductions across all areas of the operation, ensuring year-over-year improvements.

Performance Management:

  • Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) across all supply chain operations.
  • Provide feedback and escalate issues to tech teams regarding cost inefficiencies or obstacles to scaling operations.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Navigate ambiguity and take ownership of processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Lead large cross-functional teams in business operations, technology, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain strategies.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing site or distribution center.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possessing strong business acumen.
  • Experience in project/program management, with a focus on leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing supply planning and supplier management processes using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or similar platforms.
