The Role:

Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Medical Representative to join their private market division on a full-time basis. This role will focus on promoting their leading range of infant formulas, designed to meet the unique needs of babies and improve their quality of life. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and supporting the brand’s presence in the healthcare sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) about the full range of infant formulas.
  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with HCPs, pharmacies, and other target clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer and supplier inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver scientific and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and participate in events and conferences to promote the brand and take on related marketing responsibilities.
  • Extract data from stock management systems to prepare performance reports and present action plans to management.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports on market trends, feedback, and competitive activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification in nutrition or a science-related field.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare or wellness sales role is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, smart appearance and an outgoing personality with a flair for sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for training.
