Job Description
The selected candidate will report directly to the EPHS Manager and will primarily be responsible for the upkeep of the Health, Safety and Environmental systems of both sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular Health, Safety and Environmental risk assessments.
- Organise training of staff on Health, Safety and Environmental topics.
- Assisting in ensuring that the sites comply with established Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and legislation through audits and regular inspections.
- Updating, reviewing, and monitoring the Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
- Carry out studies and research to identify possible improvement solutions to the Health, Safety and Environmental management system.
- Assisting in maintain the IPPC permit and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard.
- Assist in monitoring environmental activities, waste management and water treatment.
The Position Requires:
- Minimum of a Degree qualification in a related area, a Masters degree will be considered asan asset.
- A minimum of three years experience in EPHS or in a relevant area, preferably in a pharmaceutical/chemical environment.
- A desire to further develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Being proficient in English and ideally also in Maltese.

- Have strong attention to detail and a proven track record of creating efficient processes to best manage administrative tasks
- Possess excellent organisation and time management skills

- Bachelor Degree or Higher

- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
