As 2025 comes to a close, we want to pause, reflect, and express our sincere gratitude for the year that has passed.
It has been a difficult year in many ways, but also an incredibly productive one. A year that challenged us, stretched us, and ultimately helped us build stronger foundations for the future.
For both All Life Sciences and MyCare Malta, 2025 was not about being loud or highly visible. It was about doing the work that matters, often behind the scenes, with long-term impact in mind.
A year of building and recalibrating
Throughout 2025, All Life Sciences continued its growth path within the advisory services division. We welcomed new clients, expanded our team, and deepened the level of support we provide across regulatory, compliance, pharmacovigilance, operational, and strategic services. This steady growth reaffirmed the importance of hands-on, practical advisory support within an increasingly complex life sciences environment.
At the same time, much of our focus shifted to two other key divisions: recruitment under the MyCare Malta brand, and the All Life Sciences Academy.
Recruitment has always been at the core of All Life Sciences, but the industry is changing rapidly. Expectations, compliance requirements, candidate behaviour, and technology have all evolved. In response, we made the conscious decision to pause, reassess, and return to the drawing board. Rather than continuing with outdated practices, we invested the time to redesign our recruitment approach from the ground up. Using the latest technology and smarter systems, we have developed new recruitment frameworks that are better aligned with today’s industry needs. These systems are currently being finalised and will be showcased in early 2026.
The All Life Sciences Academy marked an entirely new chapter for us. Building an education division from scratch required careful structuring, governance planning, platform development, and course design. During 2025, we produced our first course, developed the digital learning platform to deliver it, and successfully secured confirmation of the Academy licence from MFHEA (Malta Further Higher Education Authority). This milestone sets the stage for expanding our education and training offerings in the months and years ahead.
The evolution of MyCare Malta
Alongside the work at All Life Sciences, MyCare Malta underwent a transformation of its own.
What began as a small elderly care recruitment company evolved into a much broader vision: a structured, technology-driven health and wellbeing platform. This project was developed quietly for over a year, combining modern CRM infrastructure with AI and automation to rethink how care coordination and service delivery could work in Malta.
The new MyCare Malta portal is scheduled to launch in early 2026 in beta form, with new features being introduced on a rolling monthly basis. It represents a significant step forward, not only for MyCare Malta as a brand, but for how care services can be organised, supported, and accessed.
Closing the year together
We closed 2025 by coming together as a team, hosting two internal events — one for All Life Sciences and one for MyCare Malta — to thank every team member for their dedication, resilience, and commitment throughout the year.

These moments of reflection and appreciation were important. Behind every system built and every service developed are people who worked hard, adapted, and believed in the vision, even when the results were not yet visible to the outside world.
A heartfelt thank you goes to these everyday heroes — and to their families, who so often shared the weight of long hours, tight deadlines, and the commitment it takes to build something meaningful.
Looking ahead to 2026
You may not have seen much from us publicly during 2025, and that was intentional. This year was about building infrastructure, strengthening systems, and preparing for what comes next.
As we move into 2026, we do so with clarity, confidence, and excitement. The work done behind the scenes is now ready to be brought to life through new platforms, services, and ways of working.
