How this knowledge base should be used

However, the knowledge base is not limited to full handbooks. It also includes shorter pages and practical guidance for day-to-day use, so staff can quickly find answers to specific questions.

Internal AI support

The internal AI assistant, Pascal, works alongside this knowledge base.

Pascal helps staff and administrators by:

  • answering internal questions

  • guiding users through processes

  • helping staff navigate systems

  • pointing users to the correct knowledge base content

Pascal should be used as a support tool, but staff must still follow official internal procedures and escalate where required.
